1When you say free do you mean free?
Rapid IT Recycling normally collect items free of charge from the customer’s premises. If a charge is to be made for a collection or alternative service, then this will be agreed prior to collection being arranged. We reserve the right to receive advanced payment up-front prior to the collection being completed if we feel it necessary.
2Can I book a same day collection?
Collections can be made the same day dependent on where you are and what we already have booked in on that day. The quickest way to find out is to give us a call on 01282 789097.
3What times can I book a collection?
Your collection can be booked Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
4How do I book a collection?
We have created a quick and simple form to fill out here where you can detail what equipment you need collecting, your contact details and when you want the collection to take place.
1How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Our staff will reply to your collection request the same day you have sent it letting you know that we will be in touch soon.
2Can I cancel my booking?
Please let us know of a cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours in advance to give us the best chance of finding you a new booking. Last minute cancellations can result in a fee of £25 plus VAT. Failure to notify us with correct equipment information may also incur a collection charge subject to the managements discretion.
